At TIA, we take music seriously, but we also believe that making music should be fun! And, music should be share with others!
Festival is a private adjudication event as a part of the National Association of Music Clubs that students have been preparing for over the last several months.
Festival on Stage is a community event that we welcome and invite all of TIA and the greater Olympia community to come and enjoy! At this event, all the students that worked so hard on their Festival music will play their music for the community from the stage. We had our first Festival on Stage tonight, and it was great! The students all did marvelously! If you have been wanting to meet some of our team, hear our students, this is a great time to do that!
We hope to do cookies/refreshments afterwards, please feel free to bring something to share! This will be our first community event that isn’t outside in the parking lot since Covid began, and we so look forward to sharing/hanging out with everyone! It has been TOO long! These are great events to tell your friends, family, neighbors, and supporters about too!
Hope is generous with allowing us to use the building for a nominal fee to offset cleaning costs, as such we will have a can for those who are able to chip in a few bucks—that will help offset our costs as we do not charge admission
