This is our first recording at Olympia Recording Studios. This is an original composition that SD (our director) composed specifically intended to kind of capture the essence of Freddie Freeloader. We are super proud of this recording because the musicians are all in-house people. Matthew White (piano) studies piano and trumpet with SD and plays in his JazzLab and Jazz 101. Shambricia Spencer also plays bass in JazzLab and tenor in Jazz 101. Marcel E.C. Augustin teaches saxophone and piano for us, and Eli Moffatt teaches drums for Music 1st.
Caleb of course is one of our engineer-producers and teaches piano and guitar at Music 1st, and Jenna is our co-founder and co-director and teaches voice, piano, songwriting, and production.
