Yes, We are Still Enrolling for Private Lessons and Group Classes
Yes, we are still enrolling students in private lessons and group classes for in person instruction! Why? Because for so many people, it may be their only personal interaction, and many need that so much right now! We are following safety protocols, have a safety plan, and have had ZERO Covid-19 cases since the pandemic began, which we are grateful for.
Operations Manager Job
We love music because we love people! This has been a tough year for so many! Thankfully, with your support, the music keeps on going! Many people have lost jobs this year and we hate that! And we need to hire a full-time operations person and would love to offer that job to someone, but need the resources so we can do so without increased tuition costs! Can you help us create that job?
2020 Report
TIA has with your help created 11 currently held jobs with our nine faculty members and two admin staff and it is our goal in 2021 to add a new full-time job for an operations manager. To do this, we need your help. Help us hire a new #operationsmanager for TIA by donating toward our goal of $30,000 (1/2 of their first year’s salary). The new operations manager’s first responsibility will be raising the remainder of their first year’s salary and then begin planning all that is necessary to keep TIA running smoothly and taking us to the next level! As the end of 2020 approaches, we would be honored if you would consider TIA for your end of year giving.
Winter 2021 Classes
We have three brand new classes we are starting up in January with flexibility and safety as a major concern. Each of these classes is available to participate in here in Olympia at the studio (limited to four in person for maximum safety), or virtually from anywhere in the world!
