Our admin staff at TIA are here to help you! Both of our hardworking admin staff have other responsibilities outside of TIA and are not at the studio every day, but if you have questions about billing or other administrative needs on your account, please contact Aleigha any time via phone or email and she will get back to you as soon as she can. Aleigha also handles invoices and billing. If you are not receiving invoices, first please check your spam and trash folders, but then, please, contact Aleigha at aleigha@thetunedinacademy.org so she can get you squared away.

Both Amy and Aleigha are usually in Tuesdays, and Amy is often also in on Fridays. The office is in the basement of the studio, feel free to stop in during those times if you are in the area and would like to say hi to them or chat in person, but the best and first point of contact for account issues or concerns should be Aleigha.
